What customers gain from an integrated manufacturing route.

Quality, value and delivery are the commercial outcome of keeping more engineering, finishing, inspection and testing under direct control.

Quality

Inspection, testing and traceability sit inside the manufacturing route, supported by published aerospace approvals.

Value

In-house manufacturing, finishing and testing reduce external hand-offs, avoidable delay and duplicated cost.

Delivery

Integrated operations are structured around dependable supply into time-critical aerospace production schedules.

Components and assemblies delivered for real aircraft programmes.

Every example below comes from material published by Supercraft. The component is shown in full so the engineering work remains the focus.

Proof at the point of decision.

This is separate from Quality, Value and Delivery. It gives procurement and quality teams the certificates, scopes and process evidence needed to assess a programme.

Dual-site AS9100 scope

The published certificate sets out the approved activities for both Byfleet and Brough and is available at the point of evaluation.

Process approval coverage

Published material references NADCAP coverage for heat treatment, chemical processing and non-destructive testing. Current certificates should be requested for each programme.

Inspection and traceability

CMM inspection, NDT, material tests and pressure testing are connected directly to the services and components they support.

Share the part type, material, volume, approval requirements and target date. The enquiry can then go directly to the right facility and technical team.
